Soft washing is a cleaning method that uses a high volume of water with specially mixed cleaning solutions applied at very low pressure. Unlike traditional pressure washing, soft washing is safe for delicate surfaces like vinyl siding, wood, stucco, and roofing.
We recommend having your home soft-washed once a year. Regular cleaning prevents the buildup of mold, mildew, and algae, which can cause long-term damage to your siding and trim.
Yes. Pisces Pressure Washing is fully licensed and insured with both general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. We can provide certificates of insurance upon request for property managers or commercial clients.

Most residential house washes take between 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the size of the home and the level of cleaning required. We’ll give you a time estimate when we provide your quote.
Yes. We take great care to pre-wet and protect all plants, shrubs, and landscaping before we begin. Our biodegradable cleaning solutions are diluted to be safe for vegetation and pets.
You don’t need to be home as long as we have access to an outdoor water spigot and any gates are unlocked. We’ll send you a confirmation when we arrive and when the job is complete.
We use biodegradable, environmentally friendly cleaning solutions that are safe for your family, pets, and landscaping. Our solutions are mixed on-site at the appropriate dilution for each specific surface and job. We never use bleach at full concentration or harsh chemicals that could damage surfaces or harm the environment.
No. Our no-pressure soft wash roof cleaning process is manufacturer-approved and recommended by most shingle manufacturers. High-pressure washing is what voids warranties and we never use that on roofs.
We operate year-round but do not work in freezing temperatures or heavy rain. Light rain is generally fine for pressure washing concrete and hard surfaces. We’ll always contact you ahead of your appointment if weather requires rescheduling.

Pricing is based on the size of your property, the services needed, and the level of cleaning required. We provide transparent, itemized quotes with no hidden fees. What we quote is what you pay.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of job completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
We accept cash and check. Payment is due upon completion of the job. For larger commercial contracts we can arrange invoicing with net terms.
We accept credt/debit cards. Please note, a 3.5% transaction fee will be added to credit card transactions.
